I was lucky enough to have a bottle of Noah’s Mill small-batch bourbon whiskey and decided to make BBQ baby back ribs.
The bourbon’s notes of cinnamon, allspice, vanilla and seasoned oak paired perfectly with the ribs and helped boost the BBQ sauce.
