Happy World Gin Day! This classic dirty gin martini features Montis Alpine Gin.
Montis Alpine Gin is distilled in copper pots using local glacier water from Rainbow Mountain, located just 5.6 mi (9 km) northwest of Whistler, BC.
The gin is extremely smooth with subtle mineral notes.
Ingredients
2½ oz Montis Alpine Gin
½ oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
Bar spoon of olive brine
2-3 olives for garnish
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 olives.
