Very similar to a Michelada, a Beer Ceasar combines Clamato juice, beer, and spices.
I enjoyed this cocktail at Trading Post Brewing Company in Fort Langley, BC.
Ingredients
12 oz bottle beer
1 cup spicy Clamato juice
1 lime wedge
Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper to taste
Caesar Rimmer spice mix
Instructions
Pour a few tablespoons of the Caesar Rimmer spice mix on a plate. Rim two glasses with a lime wedge and dip the glasses into the spice mix. Pour the beer and Clamato juice into a chilled glass. Season the drink with Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper to taste. Stir and top with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or pickled green bean.
