After aging a Negroni for two weeks in an oak barrel I decided to give the cocktail a taste test.
The oak added depth and complexity to the Negroni. The flavor is subtle but you can taste the oak. I’m going to continue the aging process for another 1-2 weeks to see if the flavor intensifies.
