Cheers to Negroni Week! This classic 1:1:1 Negroni recipe features Cocchi Vermouth di Torino.
Having made many Negroni cocktails, I was surprised how the Cocchi vermouth complimented the Campari. I think I may have found a new favorite Negroni recipe.
Ingredients
1 oz Gin
1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
1 oz Campari
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain, and serve in a chilled glass with 2-3 ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel or slice of dried orange.
