This variation on a classic Negroni uses Hotel Starlino Rosé Aperitivo, tequila and Aperol. All three ingredients combine together perfectly and make a wonderful Sunday afternoon patio sipper.
The bright citrus flavors of the Starlino Rosé Aperitivo include pink grapefruit, orange and lemon. Other notes include strawberry, raspberry, elderflower, wormwood, and coriander.
Ingredients
1 oz Starlino Rosé Aperitivo
1 oz Cazadores Reposado Tequila
1 oz Aperol
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Top with 2-3 ice cubes and garnish with a large slice of grapefruit.
