I picked up my first Roots and Wings cocktail kit today and the featured cocktail was their Olitais Spritzer.
The cocktail is not too sweet and the strawberry and cucumber go very well together. Olitais is a bitter apéritif like Campari and Aperol.
With another 5-6 weeks of hot weather expected this summer, I will definitely be making this spritzer again.
Ingredients
2 oz Olitais Bitter
1 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Cordial
1 dash Cucumber Bitters
Club Soda
Instructions
Pour the Olitais and cordial into a tall chilled glass. Add the bitters and stir to combine. Add fresh ice and top with club soda. Use slices of cucumber or rhubarb as an optional garnish.
