I enjoyed this variation on a Red Hook at the Homer Street Cafe and Bar in Vancouver, BC.
When in Vancouver, I highly recommend this restaurant. They offer a great happy hour menu complete with food, drinks, and specials.
And, it’s always fun when Grogu (Baby Yoda) joins you for a round of cocktails.
Ingredients
2 oz Lot 40 Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz Clove Infused Punt E Mes
1/4 oz Luxardo Cherry Liqueur “Sangue Morlacco”
1/4 oz Maple Syrup
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Serve on the rocks and garnish with three cocktail cherries.
