This easy to make Champagne cocktail would be wonderful on Christmas day or New Year’s eve.

Ingredients
1/2 oz Giffard Poire William Eau De Vie
1 Bar Spoon Suze liqueur
Chilled Rosé Champagne
3-4 thin slices of ripe Bosc pear
Instructions
Add the Poire William and Suze liqueur to a chilled coupe and stir to combine. Top with chilled Champagne. To garnish, add 3-4 thin slices of ripe pear.
