Happy World Gin Day! This classic gin martini features Ampersand Gin — one of my favorite BC craft gins made with organic botanicals and organic BC wheat.
Ingredients
3 oz Ampersand Gin
1 oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
