There is nothing better than an ice cold beer with lime and salt on a very hot day in Valladolid Mexico.
Ingredients
2 oz fresh lime juice
1 bottle of Sol or your favorite light Mexican beer
Salt
Instructions
Pour lime juice and a pinch of salt into a chilled, salt-rimmed glass filled with ice. Top with beer, stir and serve immediately.
