Ingredients
2 oz Red Bush Irish Whiskey
1 oz Stock Lionello Sweet Vermouth
3 Dashes Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters
1 Jack Rudy Cherry
Bushmills Red Bush Irish Whiskey is aged in bourbon casks. Tasting notes include orchard fruit, vanilla, cream and floral with hints of melon and honey.
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.
Double the recipe to make two cocktails.
