The clear bitter sweet Luxardo Bitter Bianco is milder and more citrusy than Campari, and was developed specifically for making a White Negroni cocktail.
Ingredients
1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass with 2 ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange.
