This variation on a classic Manhattan cocktail uses Mongrel white whisky made with 100% Canadian rye, crafted at Vancouver’s Odd Society distillery.
Ingredients
1.5 oz white whisky
0.5 oz dry white vermouth
0.5 oz benedictine
3 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in a chilled glass with one large ice cube.
